Avoiding Crisis

sapo pepe

with 2 comments

One of my son’s favorite songs is Sapo Pepe, which translates to Pepe the Toad. Because of this he tends to think that the word for frog is actually Pepe. It’s rather cute.

What isn’t cute is what we found in our house last night. Or more accurately, what one of my dogs cornered in our dining room last night.

take a look for yourselves.

He was mighty big.

and boy could he jump.

I thought about keeping him as a pet and showing him to the kids in the morning. I figured they’d call him Pepe and sing to him all day long and try to pick him up and play with him.

Yeah. We let him go.
